smiles

Sometimes at night I think about my life...
Its usually the nights its too hot and sticky to snuggle with Bradley...
I think about the things I'd like to have...

A nice cool house on the edge of town, hidden by trees, where the noise is gone, but you can still feel the faint pulse of the city nearby. A fenced in yard where my puppy can roam free. An herb garden and a flower garden where bees and butterflies play. A barbecue grill and a fire pit. Two trees that have a hammock strung between them. A porch with a swing where you can look out onto a little koi pond. In the backyard is an in ground pool. You walk through the back sliding glass door into a Tuscan kitchen, the walls are red and tan and you can smell spicy food cooking on the five burner stove. The oven is built into the wall, the microwave is too. The silver glistens in the light of the small candelabra hanging from the ceiling. To the right is a doorway. Through the door is a dining room, simple and elegant, with the same Tuscan flair as the kitchen. When you walk into the library, right in front of you is a stone fireplace, and on either side, ceiling high bookshelves filled to the top with books. There are leather chars and couches that are just broken in enough to provide a luxurious comfort. The bathroom is zen, light greens, whites, and tans. All the beauty of nature Up a curvy flight of stairs are the bedrooms. Four of them. Two are empty for now, but one is a nursery, hand painted with love by my husband in various shades of purple, yellow and pink. The other is our room, a French chalet, wonderful navy blue and red satin comforter. The master bath is complete with a with a jacuzzi tub and candles.

Down the stairs and through the hall there is another door, to the basement, my husbands "man cave" complete with xbox 360, a Wii, and all the games he could imagine. It has a ping pong table that, when flipped becomes air hockey. There are two doors. Through the door on the left is a home theater, with big red seats and a popcorn machine. My husbands 52 inch plasma tv is hanging on the wall. To the door on the right is a personal magick room. There is a white altar with all the tools anyone could need. The room is filled with herbs, incense, essential oils and crystals arranged neatly on shelves.

But then, I wake up... and realize i have the most important thing laying right next to me...
